Quarles & Brady’s premier DEA Compliance and Litigation Practice is led by Larry Cote, a former senior-level DEA attorney who was at the forefront of the largest enforcement actions and compliance initiatives undertaken by DEA. His team assists members of the pharmaceutical and health care industry in fulfilling their obligations under the Controlled Substances Act and DEA’s implementing regulations.
Our team includes experienced trial lawyers who have successfully tried administrative cases, including scheduling actions and registration actions involving physicians, pharmacies, and distributors. Our clients also turn to us for counsel in government investigations, internal investigations, and guiding them through government subpoenas and warrants.
